History in Place - Hamilton Building
$ 15.00
11 available
This month, join the Museum of North Texas History as we explore the history of one the icons of the Wichita Falls’ skyline, the Hamilton Building. At Session #5 of the Bite of History: History in Place series, MNTX Director of Learning & Engagement Morgan Meyer presents the history of this architectural landmark by Dallas architects Bryan and Sharp. Once home to Wichita Falls developer W. B. Hamilton’s exclusive Wichita Club, the building retains much of the charm that made the tower the grand lady of the Wichita skyline to this day. Hosted by the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who celebrate 125 years this month, this month’s program will be concluded with a tour of the historic Hamilton Ballroom by White Realty!

You won’t want to miss this month’s Bite of History on November 19th in the Chamber Boardroom.

Bite of History will be Thursday, November 19th in the first floor conference room of the Hamilton building. Doors open at 11:30am and presentation starts promptly at 12:00pm.
Tickets are $10 for MNTX Members and $15 for the general public. Tickets are available for purchase in person at the Museum or online.
NOTE: Members using Comp Tickets email Education@MNTX.org to reserve your spot!
